Over the past few months, I’ve been helping a mid-sized bank build a business plan (complete with P&L and account plan) that will enable it to re-enter the credit-card market. I’ve built a database for a client that will enable it to reach out to new prospects so it can expand an already profitable business line. And I have provided advice to a major sports organization on negotiating endorsement contracts with its U.S. and Canadian bank partners; reviewed its marketing inventory and distribution channel strategies; and created an card account plan and business plan that will enable it to deepen its fan relationships.
